Very rare combo specimen of Weloganite crystals and Dresserite from the type locality for both minerals, which produced the best Weloganite specimens in the world. On a base covered by small Quartz crystals grow isolated Weloganite and Dresserite crystals. The Weloganites have exquisite shape. They are perfect irregular barrel shaped hexagons up to 10 mm with flat tips. With growth striations and white to cream color. Cute incrustations of small white Dresserite (rare barium aluminum carbonate) balls enrich the display. The mine is closed since decades and this is a choice piece. In superb condition.
