Gorgeous jewel of top quality Garnet var. Grossular var. Chromian. The crystals are gem and clear to 5mm. They have the deepest and more saturated grass-green color that the mine produced, due to Chromium. Rhombic dodecahedral sharp crystallization, glassy luster and irresistible color. Small Diopside crystals add a nice accent. Some crystals have black Chromite inclusions. It is very hard to find one of these – the mine is closed now.
