Outstanding specimen of colorful and gemmy Garnet var. Uvarovite from the type locality. Displays a base covered by Uvarovite in beautiful crystals. Typically these Uvarovites are in micro size crystals and very densely grown but these ones are different – with good size up to 4mm and well isolated. The most amazing aspect is the quality of the crystals - they have gemmy areas with incredible brilliance and luster combined with deep intense emerald-green color – absolutely adorable. Sharp dodecahedral crystals – very sparkling and shiny. The bottom is sawed. In excellent condition – some small nicks.
