Gorgeous Vesuvianite var. Manganoan specimen with intergrown doubly terminated crystals. They are perfectly terminated, with pointy tips. The Vesuvianite has intense dark purple color. The luster is strong and the tips are gem. Above are seen small Clinochlore crystals. Displays nicely all over 360 degree. For references see the issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.
