Marvelous specimen of pink colored Grossular Garnets to 2mm attractively set with green Diopsides on white Albite base. Grossular crystals are transparent, gem quality with a superb luster and pleasant, tender pink color. Small, green Diopsides are seen all over. The pink Grossulars contrast nicely on the white background. Extremely rare pink Garnets from this great inactive mine. For references see the issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.
