From a new find comes this beautiful combo of gem Garnet var. Spessartine crystals growing on black Tourmaline var. Schorl. Spessartines have perfect trapezohedral shape to 4mm big. They are sharp, highly lustrous, with a tremendous deep wine red color. The crystals are vitreous and gem. Schorl is well crystallized, with a strong luster and nice striations. Displays on 360 degree. In good condition – some contacts towards the base. On acrylic base.
