Striking specimen of Garnet var. Grossular var. Chromian to 2mm with very small black Chromite inclusions. The crystals are with super deep emerald green color - result of Chromium. Some crystals are lighter green. Rhombic dodecahedral, sharp crystallization, glassy luster and irresistible color. The crystals are gem. The specimen displays beautifully all over 360 degree. Very hard to find one of these now – the mine is inactive. This is of truly superior quality – ultimate freshness and colorfulness.
