Beautiful specimen of Garnet var. Andradite on Hedenbergite decorated by attractive Quartz crystals. Dodecahedral Andradite crystals to 3mm are nested on a green Hedenbergite. The Garnets are with pleasant red-brown color, very well crystallized, with sharp edges and matt lustrous. The matrix is of parallel Hedenbergite columns, grown in a cluster. Gorgeous finish is the Quartz crystals; one of them is vertical and enriches the display. Complete all over 360 degree. In excellent condition – some small nicks and outside edge contacts.
