Sculptural specimen of gemmy Fluorapatite crystal decorated by Siderite from the famous Panasqueira mine. Displays single tabular Fluorapatite crystal of 22mm. It is colorless with good luster, translucent and gemmy. Some cream-yellow Siderites plates grow on the Fluorapatite crystal and underline it nicely. One of the plates penetrates from end to end the Fluorapatite. Some Muscovite and Arsenopyrite form the base. For references see the 2014 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 45, # 1.
