Yunxiao is famous mostly for its Spessartine Garnets but very rare Fluorite can be found there too. This specimen is even more valuable because it combines together Quartz var. Smoky Spessartine and Fluorite. On a white Microcline is nestled one splashing 16mm Fluorite with perfect octahedral shape. It is grown at the top and it forms an amazing focal point. It is transparent and glassy with incredible intense indigo-purple color phantoms, gemmy and pleasing. One sharp Quartz var. Smoky is seen too.  Small Spessartine Garnets grow on the Quartz. In very good condition – some contacts. On acrylic base.
