Beauteous specimen of Spessartine Garnet crystals to 6mm grown on Muscovite. Spessartine crystals are well isolated and perfectly gem with a rich orange color. They have rhombic dodecahedron habit and sharp shape. Some Smoky Quartz is seen too. The color and the glassy gemminess of the Spessartines are unusual and different than the regular Tongbei garnets.
