Gorgeous jewels of top quality and extremely sparkling Garnet var. Grossular var. Chromian. The crystals are ultimately gem and clear, up to 2mm big. They have super deep emerald-green color, due to Chromium. With rhombic dodecahedral sharp crystallization, glassy luster and irresistible color. On the back side the crystals are cream colored. Some Garnets have black Chromite inclusions. Small Clinochlore rosettes are seen too. Very hard to find one of these now – the mine is inactive and this is found long time ago. Green colored Garnets are among the best Jeffrey mine Garnets. This is of truly superior quality – very fresh and sparkling.
