First grade specimen of Lazulite from the famous phosphate deposits of Yukon. Lazulite is a rare magnesium aluminum phosphate and some of the finest come from this locality. Lazulite crystals are sharp, highly lustrous, very well formed, monoclinic, deep indigo blue color measuring up to 10mm. Some crystals have gemmy areas with marvelous blue-green nuances. Gem Siderite crystals with rich honey color add a nice accent. In very good condition – some small nicks and outside edges contacts.
