Pleasing specimen of Hessonite Garnets with minor Clinochlore from Faiallo Pass, Savona Province, Italy. The Hessonite crystals to 11mm, slightly gemmy with dark red-brown color. They have sharp crystallization with strong luster and nicely reflect the light. Small rosettes of Clinochlore aggregates are seen too. Displays all over 360 degree. In good condition – some small contacts. On acrylic base.
