Wonderful specimen of gemmy Lazulite crystals decorated by Fluorapatite and Siderite from the famous phosphate deposits of Yukon. Lazulite is a rare magnesium aluminum phosphate and some of the finest come from this locality. The Lazulite crystals are sharp, highly lustrous, very well formed, monoclinic, deep indigo blue color measuring up to 9mm. Many crystals have gemmy areas with striking royal-blue color and some are twinned. Two Fluorapatite crystals to 8mm grow at the top. They are colorless with light purple band at the center. They are strongly lustrous, gemmy and very well crystallized. The Siderite has rich amber color and strong transparency, and gemminess. In good condition – some nicks and side contacts. On acrylic base.

Excellent combo specimen!
