A splendid specimen of garnet var. grossular var. chromian from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The grossular crystals are gem to 1mm. They have a deep and saturated grass-green color due to chromium. The garnets are with a sharp rhombic dodecahedral crystallization, glassy luster and irresistible color.
