A fascinating pink fluorite specimen from this classic Switzerland locality – Goscheneralp, Uri. Highly desirable and rare. The piece comes from a superb recent find. It displays fluorite crystals to 13mm, growing aesthetically in a cluster. They have an octahedral habit. The fluorite has a tender pink color with matt faces. They are translucent to transparent. Many crystals are colored dark green due to micro crystals of chlorite group mineral inclusions. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
