Killer gem Grossular Garnet crystals growing in a cluster from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. They are extremely transparent, gem quality with superb luster and rich orange color. The Grossular is glassy clear - pure orange water. The crystals are up to 8mm with sharp trapezohedral crystallization and cool striations. Complete all over 360 degree. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In excellent condition – some minor nicks and back side base contact. On acrylic base.
