First grade quality cluster of intergrown Dioptase crystals from Pimbi hill, Mindouli, Republic of Congo - Brazzaville. This specimen was mined more that 30 years ago from a geologist and stored. The crystals are strongly glassy lustrous with gorgeous dark emerald-green color and very sharp, perfectly terminated crystals. Some crystals are doubly terminated up to 16mm in length. The quality is superb - the crystals are gemmy with marvelous neon-green nuances. In very good condition – some small nicks. On acrylic base.
