Splendid Pezzottaite crystal from the type locality Sakavalana mine, Madagascar, It is 2003 identified new species of beryl named after Dr. Federico Pezzotta, Italy. The Pezzottaite has bright pinkish-red color due to Cesium. The crystal has some gemminess and waxy luster. At the lower part are seen small but sharp black Elbaite crystals. Some contacts.
