Colorful and sparkling specimen of gem Hessonite Garnets with minor Diopside from Bellecombe, Aosta Valley, Italy. The Hessonite crystals are gem with rich and saturated red-brown color.  They grow in a delicate crust. The colorfulness of the specimen is marvelous. The Garnets have sharp crystallization with strong luster. Displays on both sides. In excellent condition – small outside edge contacts. On acrylic base.
