Rare pink colored Grossular Garnets to 4mm beautifully set on white Diopside needles from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The Garnet crystals are from opaque to glassy, transparent, gem quality with superb luster and pleasing pink color. They have perfect and sharp rhombic dodecahedral crystal habit. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In good condition – some nicks. On acrylic base.
