Splendid Vesuvianite var. Manganoan small specimen with intergrown crystals. They are perfectly terminated with pointy tips and many are doubly terminated. The Vesuvianite has intense dark purple color. The luster is strong and the tips are gem. Displays nicely all over. For references see the issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In very good condition – some small nicks. On acrylic base.
