Splendid bi-color Vesuvianite specimen. The Vesuvianite crystals are gem with charming color variations from rich purple to apple-green tips. They have glassy luster and are very well crystallized. The crystals are doubly terminated. Displays beautifully all over 360 degree. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.
