Excellent specimen of Lazulite and Siderite from the famous phosphate deposits of Yukon. Lazulite is a rare magnesium aluminum phosphate and some of the finest come from this locality. Lazulite crystals are sharp, highly lustrous, very well formed, monoclinic, deep indigo blue color measuring up to 11mm. Some crystals have small gemmy areas with marvelous blue-green nuances. Gem Siderite crystals with rich honey-brown color sit at the center and add a nice accent. Some nicks and outside edges contacts. On acrylic base.

Wonderful!
