Perfect orange colored Grossular Garnets to 3mm. They are transparent and gem with a superb luster and rich color. Grossulars have rhombohedral habit with sharp crystallization. Small green Diopside crystals grow on the base. Pleasing specimen from this inactive mine. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In superb condition.
