Gorgeous and uncommon specimen of pinkish colored Grossular Garnets to 5mm associated with Pectolite. The Garnet crystals are well shaped, extremely glassy, transparent, gem quality with a superb luster and a pleasing color. Perfect rhombohedral crystal habit. They are scattered on a hair like Pectolite with a honey color. The color is very tender and combined with the excellent gemminess make it remarkable specimen from this closed mine. For references see the issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.  In superb condition. On acrylic base.
It is truly a chance to have such beauty!
