Rare and pristine, sixling twin of olive-green Chrysoberyl crystal measuring 12 mm. It has a nice color, highly lustrous, glassy, with gem areas. Chrysoberyl displays marvelous sixling twinning, classic for the species. Complete all around 360 degrees. Ex Beth Gordon from California (http://www.minrec.org/labels.asp?colid=698) collection. Mined in the 1960s. In excellent condition – some very small nicks. On acrylic base.
